Notification Preferences

Control which email notifications you receive from Repricing.app, organized into five groups: Billing, Team, Channels, System, and Security.

What you'll find here

Notification preferences let you control which email notifications you receive from Repricing.app. Navigate to Settings > Notifications to access this page. Each notification type has a toggle to turn it on or off, and changes save automatically.

How notifications work

All notifications are delivered via email. Each type has a toggle switch. When it's on, you'll receive that notification. When it's off, you won't. Some notifications are marked as required and can't be turned off because they're critical for account security or billing.

Notification categories

Notifications are organized into five groups:

Billing & Subscription

Notifications related to your subscription, payments, and plan changes. This is the largest group with 9 categories:

  • Trial ending. Reminder before your free trial expires. Always on.
  • Subscription paused. When your subscription is paused due to a payment issue. Always on.
  • Subscription resumed. Confirmation when your subscription is reactivated.
  • Subscription canceled. When your subscription is canceled. Always on.
  • Plan changes. Confirmation when your plan is upgraded or downgraded.
  • Upcoming invoice. Preview of your next billing charge.
  • Payment failed. When a payment attempt fails. Always on.
  • Payment receipts. Confirmation when a payment is processed.
  • Payment authentication. When a payment requires additional verification, such as 3D Secure. Always on.

Team

Notifications about team activity and membership changes. 5 categories:

  • Team invitations. When you're invited to join an organization. Always on.
  • Member joined. When a new member accepts an invitation and joins.
  • Member removed. When you're removed from an organization. Always on.
  • Role changes. When your role is changed.
  • Organization deleted. When an organization you belong to is permanently deleted. Always on.

Channels & Sync

Notifications about your sales channel connections and synchronization. 2 categories:

  • Connection issues. When a channel account needs reconnection or reauthorization.
  • Sync errors. When catalog or data synchronization encounters problems.

System

General platform notifications. 3 categories:

  • Welcome email. Welcome message when you create an organization. Always on.
  • Export ready. When a data export you requested is ready for download.
  • Import complete. When a bulk import finishes processing.

Security

Security-related alerts. 1 category:

  • New login alert. When your account is accessed from a new device or location. Always on.

Required notifications

Some notifications are marked Always on and can't be disabled. These cover critical events like failed payments, account removal, security alerts, and subscription changes. Their toggles appear locked in the UI. This ensures you never miss information that could affect your account access or billing.

Good to know

  • Email only. All notifications are sent via email. There are no in-app notification badges or push notifications.
  • Per-user settings. Notification preferences apply to your account, not the entire organization. Each team member controls their own preferences.
  • Instant save. Toggle changes save immediately. There's no Save button.
  • Billing notifications go to the billing contact. Some billing emails (like payment receipts and failed payments) are sent to the organization's billing contact, regardless of individual preferences.
