Navigating the App

Learn how to navigate Repricing.app using the sidebar, header, and keyboard shortcuts. Understand URL-based navigation, the organization switcher, and how to submit feedback.

The sidebar

The sidebar is your main navigation tool in Repricing.app. It's always visible on the left side of the screen and gives you quick access to every section of the app.

Organization switcher

At the very top of the sidebar, you'll see your current organization name. If you belong to multiple organizations, click here to switch between them. Each organization is a completely separate workspace with its own listings, strategies, channels, team, and billing.

Main navigation

Below the organization switcher, the sidebar has these main sections:

  • Home. Your dashboard with four live sections: Key Metrics (Buy Box win rate, gross sales, price changes, channels connected), Repricing Status (working, manual, paused, not working), Listings Overview (total, active, inactive, error counts), and Pricing Data (with cost, without cost, min/max price, MAP, MSRP coverage). Cascading channel filters let you drill down by account and region.
  • Listings. Your product catalog with a full data grid for viewing and managing all your listings across every connected channel.
  • Strategies. The strategies page where you create and manage your repricing rules.
  • Pricing Activity. A real-time log of every price change the repricer has made.
  • Reports. Your analytics hub with six different report types.
  • Uploads. The Import module and Export module for bulk data operations via CSV or Excel files.
  • Channels. Manage your connected sales channels, accounts, and regions.

Your profile

In the top-right corner of the header, you'll find your user avatar alongside utility links. Clicking the avatar opens a dropdown menu with:

  • Homepage. Takes you to the Repricing.app homepage (the main marketing site).
  • Settings. Opens the settings modal where you can manage your profile, security, notifications, appearance, organization, team, and billing.
  • Sign out. Logs you out of the current session.

Next to the avatar, two separate links are always visible in the header:

  • Docs. Opens the documentation you're reading right now.
  • Feedback. Opens the feedback form where you can report bugs, request features, or share suggestions.

On mobile, the Docs and Feedback links move to the bottom of the sidebar drawer instead of the header.

The header

The header bar at the top of the screen shows the current page title, a search shortcut, and your user controls. On pages with filters (like the Dashboard), the filter controls appear in the header so they're always accessible without scrolling.

URL-based navigation

Repricing.app is a URL-driven application. Every page, filter, sort order, and view state is reflected in the URL. This means:

  • Bookmarkable views. If you apply filters to the Listings page (for example, filtering to a specific strategy and region), the URL updates. Bookmark it and you can come back to that exact view later.
  • Shareable links. Copy the URL and send it to a colleague. They'll see the exact same filtered and sorted view you're looking at (assuming they have the right permissions).
  • Browser history works. You can use your browser's back and forward buttons to navigate between views, just like any website.

Keyboard navigation

For power users, Repricing.app supports a keyboard shortcut for its most powerful navigation feature:

  • Ctrl + K (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + K (Mac) opens Global Search. Press it again to close search and return to your previous page.
  • Escape closes dialogs, modals, and the search overlay.
  • Arrow keys and Enter let you navigate between cells in data grids.
  • Tab moves between interactive elements on any page.

Global Search is the fastest way to get around. Instead of clicking through the sidebar, press Ctrl + K, type where you want to go, and hit Enter.

Submitting feedback

If you run into a bug, have a feature idea, or want to share a suggestion, you can submit feedback directly from the app. The feedback form lets you choose a type (Bug Report, Feature Request, Improvement, Question, or Other), set a priority level, describe the issue, and attach screenshots or files. Feedback goes straight to the Repricing.app team.
