Selecting listings
Before performing any bulk action, you need to select the listings you want to act on. There are three ways to do this:
- Individual checkboxes. Click the checkbox next to each listing you want to include. Great when you need to pick specific listings.
- Select all on page. Click the checkbox in the column header to select every listing on the current page.
- Select all matching your filters. When you have filters or a search active, you can select all matching listings across all pages, not just the current one. This is the most powerful option for large-scale changes.
The selection count is always visible in the toolbar so you know exactly how many listings will be affected.
Available bulk actions
Once you have listings selected, a toolbar appears at the top of the grid with these options:
Assign Strategy
Assign a repricing strategy to all selected listings at once. A strategy picker opens showing your strategies organized by account and region, making it easy to find the right one.
The strategies shown in the picker depend on your selection. When you select specific listings (individual checkboxes or select all on page), only strategies that match the channel account and region of your selected products appear. For example, if you select only Amazon.com listings, you will only see strategies for Amazon.com. If your selection includes listings from multiple accounts or regions, the picker shows all matching strategies, properly grouped by account and region.
When you pick a strategy, it is assigned only to listings that match the strategy's account and region. Any listings in your selection from a different account or region are automatically skipped, and you will see a count of how many were skipped.
If you have 8 or more strategies, a search field appears at the top of the picker so you can quickly find a strategy by name, account, or region.

Pause Repricing
Pause or resume automated repricing for the selected listings. Paused listings keep their current price until you resume repricing. Great for temporarily holding prices during promotions, holidays, or while you investigate an issue.
Large-scale operations
When your selection affects more than 500 listings, you'll see a confirmation dialog to make sure you don't accidentally change too many listings at once. For very large selections, the operation is processed in batches of 500 behind the scenes to ensure reliability.
Tips for efficient bulk operations
- Use filters first to narrow down your listings to exactly the group you want, then select all matching listings. Much faster than manually picking individual listings.
- Bulk actions work across any combination of channels and regions, so you can mix and match.
- After performing a bulk action, the grid refreshes automatically so you can immediately see the results.
- You can also update pricing data (cost, min/max prices) in bulk using the Import module.
