Repricing Health Report

Check the health of your repricing setup: coverage, data completeness, status distribution, and listings that need attention.

What the Repricing Health Report shows

The Repricing Health Report gives you a snapshot of the current state of your repricing setup. It shows whether your listings are actively being repriced, highlights configuration gaps, and flags listings that need attention before the repricer can work properly.

Open it from the Reports dashboard by clicking the Repricing Health card.

Repricing Status

How many listings are actively being repriced.

The summary cards at the top show:

  • Total Listings. The total number of listings across all your connected channels.

  • Working. The number of listings with Repricing Status "Working", meaning the repricer is actively adjusting their prices.

  • Not Working. The number of listings with Repricing Status "Not Working", meaning the repricer is unable to adjust prices due to missing data, errors, or configuration issues.

  • Coverage. The percentage of your total listings that have repricing actively working. Calculated as Working divided by Total Listings. Higher coverage means more of your catalog is being repriced automatically.

Data Completeness

Cost and price floor configuration across your listings.

These cards show how complete your listing data is:

  • With Cost. The number of products that have a cost value configured. Cost data is needed for strategies that calculate price floors based on profit margins.

  • No Cost. The number of products missing a cost value. Upload costs via the Uploads page or edit them individually in the listing details.

  • With Min Price. The number of products that have a minimum price (price floor) set. Min prices prevent the repricer from lowering prices below your desired threshold.

  • No Min Price. The number of products that do not have a minimum price set. Without a min price, the repricer may lower prices further than intended depending on the strategy.

Status Breakdown

Current distribution across all repricing states.

A visual bar chart shows how your listings are distributed across the four repricing states:

  • Working. Repricing is active and automatically adjusting prices.

  • Manual. The listing has been set to manual pricing. The repricer will not change its price.

  • Paused. Repricing is temporarily paused for this listing.

  • Not Working. The repricer cannot function for this listing due to missing data or errors.

This chart helps you quickly see the overall balance of your repricing setup. Ideally, most of your listings should be in the "Working" state.
