What is an organization?
An organization is your workspace in Repricing.app. Everything lives inside it: your connected channels, product listings, repricing strategies, reports, and team members. One organization represents one seller operation. If you manage multiple seller accounts independently, you can create a separate organization for each.
Each organization is completely independent. They do not share any data, configuration, or team members between them, even if they are created under the same account.
Setting up your organization
After your first sign-in, the onboarding wizard walks you through the setup.
Step 1: Name your organization
Enter a name for your organization. Most people use their company or store name. This is what your team members see when they get invited, and it appears at the top of the sidebar while you work.
Step 2: Connect a channel (optional)
You can connect a sales channel right away or skip this and do it later from the Channels page. All supported sales channels are available.
Step 3: Configure your strategy (optional)
If you connected a channel in the previous step, a default repricing strategy is created automatically for each region. The wizard lets you customize the key settings (target reference, competition mode, price floor, and rounding) before you start. You can also leave the defaults and fine-tune later from the Strategies page.
Step 4: All set
Once you finish the wizard, you land on the Listings page. If you connected a channel during onboarding, your catalog will begin syncing automatically. It may take a couple of minutes for all your products to appear, especially if you have a large catalog.
Switching between organizations
If you manage multiple seller accounts or operations, you can create as many organizations as you need. Click on the organization name at the top of the sidebar to open a dropdown where you can:
- Switch to another organization you belong to.
- Create a new organization.
- See which billing tier each organization is on.
Joining through an invitation
If a teammate already set things up and invited you, you'll receive an email with an invitation link. Click it to join their organization directly. You won't go through the full onboarding wizard since the workspace is already configured. See Team Management for more on how invitations work.
