Repricing, Inc. ("Repricing.app") does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. This has been our practice since the Company was founded, and it remains our commitment.
As defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), a "sale" includes disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. A "share" includes disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising. Repricing, Inc. does neither.
2. What We Do with Your Data
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Repricing.app service. The third parties that process your data on our behalf (our service providers) are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing their specific service to us. These relationships are not considered "sales" or "sharing" under applicable privacy laws.

3. Submit a Request
Even though we do not sell or share your personal information, you have the right to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request. We will acknowledge your request and confirm our practices:
By email
Send your request to privacy@repricing.app. Include "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line. We will respond within 15 business days to confirm that we do not sell or share your personal information.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity by confirming your email address matches an active account in our system. If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person as an authorized agent, we may require additional proof of authorization.
4. Additional Rights
Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state privacy laws, you also have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
