Why connect a channel?
To start repricing, you need at least one connected sales channel. This is how Repricing.app accesses your product listings, monitors competitor prices, and submits price changes on your behalf. Without a connected channel, the repricer has nothing to work with.
Supported channels
Each channel connects differently:
- Amazon. Connects via OAuth. You'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to approve the connection. No manual credentials needed. Supports all 21 global regions. See the Amazon connection guide.
- Walmart. Connects by entering your Walmart Marketplace API credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, and Seller ID). Supports the US, Canada, and Mexico. See the Walmart connection guide.
- Shopify. Connects via OAuth. Enter your store URL and authorize through Shopify's consent screen. Each store becomes its own region. See the Shopify connection guide.
Quick start: Connecting Amazon
Amazon is the most common channel to connect first. Here's the quick version:
- Click Channels in the sidebar.
- Click the Amazon card. You'll be redirected immediately to Amazon Seller Central. No confirmation dialog or extra steps are needed.
- Sign in with your Seller Central credentials (if not already logged in) and click Authorize.
- You're redirected back to Repricing.app. Done. Your regions are detected automatically.
For a detailed walkthrough with troubleshooting tips, see Connecting Amazon.
Quick start: Connecting Walmart
Walmart uses API credentials instead of OAuth. Here's the quick version:
- Click Channels in the sidebar.
- Click the Walmart card. A connection dialog opens.
- Enter your Seller ID, Client ID, and Client Secret from the Walmart Developer Center.
- Click Connect. Your credentials are validated in real time. If valid, your account is connected.
For a detailed walkthrough, see Connecting Walmart.
Quick start: Connecting Shopify
Shopify uses OAuth, but you need to provide your store URL first:
- Click Channels in the sidebar.
- Click the Shopify card. A connection dialog opens.
- Paste your Shopify Admin URL (or your
.myshopify.comdomain, or just your store name). - Click Connect. You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize the app.
- Approve the permissions. You're redirected back to Repricing.app. Done.
For a detailed walkthrough, see Connecting Shopify.
What happens after connecting
Once your account is connected, several things happen automatically:
- Your listings sync. All your active listings are pulled in from the channel. This usually takes a few minutes depending on catalog size.
- A default strategy is created. Each region you sell in gets its own default repricing strategy with safe, sensible settings out of the box.
- Market data starts flowing. For marketplace channels, competitor prices, Buy Box status, and estimated marketplace fees begin syncing for your listings.
Managing your regions
After connecting, all available regions for your account are detected automatically. For Amazon, this includes every marketplace your account is registered in (amazon.com, amazon.ca, amazon.co.uk, etc.). For Walmart, this covers the US, Canada, and Mexico storefronts. For Shopify, each store is its own region. You can enable or disable specific regions from your region settings.
Who can connect channels?
You need the Owner or Admin role in your organization to connect or manage channels. If you don't see the Channels option in the sidebar, ask your organization's Owner or Admin to connect the channel for you, or to update your role. See Roles and Permissions for details.
