Opening a listing
Navigate to the Listings page from the sidebar, where all listings across your connected channels are displayed. Click any listing row in the grid to open its detail view.
The detail page opens as a modal (pop-up window) so you can explore a listing's full information without losing your place in the grid. The available tabs depend on the channel the listing belongs to:
- Amazon. Overview, Pricing, Insights, Competitors, Activity.
- Walmart. Overview, Pricing, Insights, Activity.
- Shopify. Overview, Pricing, Insights, Activity.
Overview tab
The Overview tab shows general product information pulled from your sales channel:
- Product Information. SKU, channel product ID (ASIN, item ID, etc.), FNSKU (Amazon only), brand, product type, and condition.
- Channel Region. The seller account this listing belongs to, the region where this listing is active, along with the country and currency.
- Inventory. The fulfillment method (e.g. FBA, FBM) and current stock level.
- Last Activity. Timestamps showing the last time each key event occurred:
- Last synced – when listing data was last pulled from the channel.
- Last market data – when competitor prices were last checked (marketplace channels only).
- Last repriced – when the repricer last calculated a new target price.
- Last submitted – when the price was last updated on the channel.
- Listing Dates. Created is when the listing was first added to the repricer, and Updated is the last time any change was made to the listing.
The listing status (active, inactive, archived), repricing status, and Buy Box status are displayed as badges in the modal header above the product title, not within the Overview tab.
Pricing tab
The Pricing tab is where you control how this listing is repriced:
- Strategy. See which repricing strategy is currently assigned and switch between any strategies you have created for the listing's channel and region using the dropdown.
- Pause Repricing. Toggle this on to temporarily stop automatic price adjustments. The repricer will not update the target price for this listing until you turn this toggle off again.
- Cost of Goods. Your Unit Cost for this product. Used to calculate profit and ensure profitability.
- Manual Price. Set a Fixed Price to override automatic repricing. When set, the repricer uses this exact price instead of calculating competitively. Leave empty for automatic repricing.
- Price Limits. Your Minimum Price and Maximum Price guardrails. The repricer will never price outside these bounds. Not shown for e-commerce channels (Shopify) where prices are determined directly by cost.
- Manufacturer Pricing. Your MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) and MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) from your supplier.
- Compare Price. The Compare At Price (strikethrough price) for e-commerce channels only (e.g. Shopify). This can be set manually or calculated automatically by the strategy.
- B2B Price Limits. B2B Minimum Price and B2B Maximum Price for Amazon listings with B2B pricing enabled in dynamic mode.
- Fixed Business Price. A fixed B2B Price for Amazon listings with B2B pricing enabled in fixed mode. Sent to Amazon as-is with no adjustments.
Insights tab
The Insights tab gives you a financial snapshot with three sections:
- Key metrics. Four headline numbers calculated from your current target price:
- Profit – total profit per unit (Price minus Fees minus Cost).
- Margin – profit margin as a percentage of the selling price.
- ROI – return on investment as a percentage of your cost.
- Fees – total channel fees (referral fee plus fulfillment fee if applicable).
- Margin Analysis. A waterfall breakdown showing how costs reduce your selling price to arrive at net profit: Selling Price, minus Referral Fee, minus Fulfillment Fee (if FBA), minus Product Cost, equals Net Profit.
- Price Guardrails. Displays your price limits and legal constraints: Minimum Price, Maximum Price, MAP, and MSRP. Each shows whether the current price is within bounds. If your strategy has a required minimum profit, that is also shown here.
Competitors tab
The Competitors tab shows who you are competing against on Amazon listings. It displays up to 20 competitor offers with their prices, fulfillment methods, feedback counts, and Buy Box eligibility. Special badges highlight your own offer (YOU), the current Buy Box winner (BUY BOX), and Amazon's own retail offers (AMAZON).
This tab is only available for Amazon listings. It is not shown for Walmart or Shopify listings. For a complete guide, see Competitor Analysis.
Activity tab
The Activity tab shows the complete price change history for this specific listing:
- Every price change is logged with the old price, new price, and the reason for the change.
- You can see which strategy triggered each change (or if it was a manual update).
- Each entry has a precise timestamp so you can trace exactly when things happened.
- Use the filters and sorting options to focus on a particular time period or type of change.
This is useful for debugging pricing behavior or understanding why a price ended up where it is.
