Reports Overview

Access six built-in reports covering sales, profitability, units sold, Buy Box ownership, price changes, and repricing health.

Your analytics hub

The Reports section gives you a bird's-eye view of how repricing is performing across all your listings and sales channels. Instead of digging through individual listings or scrolling through pricing activity, reports aggregate your data into visual charts and summary tables that make it easy to spot trends, identify problems, and measure success.

Click Reports in the sidebar to open the reports dashboard. From there, click any report card to open it.

Available reports

Repricing.app includes six built-in reports, each focused on a different aspect of your business:

  • Sales Report. Track your revenue and order volume over time. See total sales, trends, and comparisons across date ranges.
  • Profitability Report. Analyze your profit margins after accounting for product costs and estimated channel fees. Find out which products are your most and least profitable.
  • Units Sold Report. Track the number of units sold over time and identify your best-selling products.
  • Buy Box Ownership Report. Monitor what percentage of your marketplace listings are winning the Buy Box and how that changes over time. This is the most direct measure of repricing success on marketplace channels.
  • Price Changes Report. Understand how actively the repricer is adjusting your prices, including the number of changes, average change size, and direction trends.
  • Repricing Health Report. A snapshot of the current state of your repricing setup, including how many listings are actively repricing, coverage percentage, data completeness, and listings that need attention.

Common controls across all reports

Most reports share a set of filter controls at the top:

  • Date range. Choose the time period for the report. Options include preset ranges (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days) and custom date pickers.
  • Channel. Filter by channel type to compare performance across platforms.
  • Channel account. Filter by a specific seller account if you have multiple connected.
  • Region. Focus on a specific region, such as amazon.com, Walmart US, or a particular storefront.

These filters persist in the URL, so you can bookmark specific report views or share them with team members.

The Repricing Health Report is the exception: it shows a real-time snapshot of your current setup instead of historical data, so the date range filter does not apply.

Tips for using reports effectively

  • Check the Buy Box report weekly. For marketplace listings, this is the single best indicator of whether your repricing strategies are working. A rising Buy Box ownership percentage means you're winning more sales.
  • Compare date ranges. Look at the same metrics before and after a strategy change to measure its impact.
  • Use the Profitability Report before lowering floors. If you're thinking about making your strategy more aggressive, check your margins first to make sure you can afford it.
  • Review across channels. If you sell on multiple channels, compare performance between them. A listing that's losing the Buy Box on one channel might be doing great on another, or the other way around.
  • Share reports with your team. Copy the URL with filters applied and send it to a colleague. They'll see the exact same report view.
