Viewing & Filtering Listings

How to search, filter, sort, and customize your listings view.

The listings grid

The Listings page uses a powerful data grid with server-side pagination, sorting, and filtering. It handles thousands of listings while staying fast and responsive.

Searching

Use the search bar at the top of the grid to find listings. You can search by:

  • Product title (or any part of it)
  • SKU
  • Channel product ID (ASIN, item ID, or other channel-specific identifier)

Start typing and the grid filters in real time. Clear the search field to see all listings again.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the order. You can sort by virtually any field: price, Buy Box price, profit, status, last repriced date, strategy, and more.

Each column header also has a three-dot menu (⋮) that lets you choose a specific sort direction (ascending or descending), apply a filter, hide the column, or manage which columns are visible.

Multi-column sorting

You can sort by multiple columns at once. Hold Ctrl or Shift (⌘ Command on macOS) while clicking another column header to add it as an additional sort criterion. For example, sort by Strategy first, then by Price within each strategy. You can stack as many sort levels as you need.

Filtering

The grid supports advanced column-level filtering. Click the filter icon on any column header to apply filters. You can combine multiple filters using AND/OR logic to create very specific views. Common filter columns include:

  • Listing Status. Active, Inactive, Suppressed, Error.
  • Repricing Status. Working, Manual, Paused, Not Working, Pending.
  • Buy Box Winner. Yes or No.
  • Fulfillment Channel. FBA or FBM (Amazon listings).
  • Channel. Filter by your connected sales channel.
  • Region. The specific marketplace (amazon.com, amazon.ca, walmart.com, your-store.myshopify.com, etc.).

Pagination

Listings are loaded in pages for performance. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate or change how many listings are shown per page.

URL-based state

All your filters, sort order, page number, and search query are saved in the URL. This means you can bookmark a specific filtered view, share the URL with a teammate (they'll see the exact same view), and use browser back/forward as expected.

Saved Views

For filter combinations you use regularly, save them as named views. See Saved Views for a full guide on creating, managing, and sharing filter presets across your team.
