Exporting Data

Export your listing data as CSV or Excel files. Choose from field group presets, save templates for recurring exports, and set up automated scheduled exports.

Why export data?

Exporting lets you download your Repricing.app data as a CSV or Excel file so you can analyze it in a spreadsheet, share it with your team, feed it into other business tools, or keep a backup before making major pricing changes.

Where to export

All exports are managed from the Uploads page in the sidebar. Open the Exports tab, then click Create Export to configure a new export.

Configuring an export

The export dialog lets you choose exactly which data to include:

Field groups

Your listing data is organized into nine field groups. Select the groups (or individual fields within them) you want to include in the export:

  • Product Identifiers. SKU, product ID (ASIN, item ID, etc.), FNSKU, product title, brand, product type.
  • Channel & Region. Channel name, region name, country, currency.
  • Inventory. Listing status, fulfillment method, stock quantity.
  • Pricing. Current price, cost, target price, manual price, min price, max price, MAP, MSRP, channel suggested price, compare price.
  • B2B Pricing. B2B price, B2B manual price, B2B min price, B2B max price.
  • Market Data. Buy Box price, Buy Box winner, lowest competitor price, number of competitors.
  • Fees & Profit. Referral fee, fulfillment fee, total fees, estimated profit.
  • Repricing. Strategy name, paused state, repricing status, last repriced.
  • Dates. Last synced, last submitted, market data date, updated, created.

Presets

Don't want to pick fields one by one? Use a preset to select a common combination instantly:

  • All. Every available field.
  • Pricing. Product identifiers plus all pricing-related fields.
  • Competition. Product identifiers plus market data and competitor information.
  • Profitability. Product identifiers plus costs, fees, and estimated profit.
  • Inventory. Product identifiers plus stock quantities, fulfillment methods, and statuses.

You can start from a preset and then add or remove individual fields to customize it further.

Saved templates

If you run the same export regularly, save your field selection as a template. Next time you create an export, select your saved template and the same fields are pre-selected. This saves time when you have a recurring workflow like a weekly cost review or a monthly profitability snapshot.

File format

Choose between two output formats:

  • CSV. Comma-separated values. Works everywhere: Excel, Google Sheets, scripts, databases.
  • Excel (.xlsx). Native Excel format with proper column formatting.

Filters

Exports can be filtered to include only specific listings. For example, you can export only listings from a particular channel, region, strategy, or status. If you don't apply any filters, the export includes all your listings.

Export history

The Exports tab shows a history of all your past exports. Each entry shows the file name, template used, fields and filters applied, file format, status, number of rows, expiration date, and creation date.

Each export file has an expiration date shown in the Expires column. Download links are valid for 7 days after the export completes. Once expired, the file can no longer be downloaded.

You can rename any completed export by clicking the Rename button in the actions column. This updates the file name displayed in the table and used when downloading.

Common workflows

  • Export, edit, re-import. This is the fastest way to do bulk updates. Export your listings (using the Pricing preset, for example), open the file in Excel or Google Sheets, update the cost, min price, or max price columns, and then import the modified file back. The column names already match what the Import module expects.
  • Profitability analysis. Export with the Profitability preset to get a snapshot of your fees and estimated profit across all listings. Great for quarterly business reviews or sharing with stakeholders.
  • Competitive landscape. Use the Competition preset to pull current Buy Box prices, lowest competitor prices, and competitor counts for analysis outside the app.
  • Backup before changes. Before making major strategy changes or bulk price updates, export everything as a snapshot. If something goes wrong, you have a file to reference or re-import.

Scheduled exports

If you need to automatically deliver your data to an external system on a regular basis, you can set up scheduled exports. These work similarly to scheduled imports but in the reverse direction: Repricing.app generates the export file and delivers it to a URL, FTP, or SFTP destination on a recurring schedule. Set up scheduled exports from the Schedules tab on the Uploads page.
