Listing status
Every listing has a status that reflects its current state on the sales channel. Here's what each one means:
- Active. The listing is live and available for purchase. This is the normal, healthy state you want to see for all your products.
- Inactive. The listing exists on the sales channel but isn't currently active. This usually means it's out of stock, has been deactivated by you, or was closed for another reason. The repricer only processes active listings, so repricing won't run while a listing is inactive.
- Error. There's a problem with the listing that needs your attention. Check the listing details for more information about what went wrong.
Repricing status
The repricing status tells you what the repricer is currently doing (or not doing) with each listing:
- Working. The repricer is actively monitoring and adjusting your price as needed. Everything is running smoothly.
- Manual. You have set a fixed manual price for this listing. The repricer uses that exact price instead of calculating one from the strategy. The strategy remains assigned, but its pricing logic is bypassed until you remove the manual price. To let the strategy take over again, clear the manual price from the listing detail page.
- Paused. You've temporarily paused repricing for this listing. The strategy is still assigned, but price changes are on hold until you resume. You can pause and resume from the listing detail page or using bulk actions.
- Not Working. The repricer can't adjust this listing's price. This happens for one of these reasons:
- No strategy assigned. Assign a repricing strategy to this listing so the repricer knows how to adjust the price.
- Missing cost. Your strategy uses a cost-based price floor. Set a cost price so the repricer can calculate profitable prices.
- Missing min price. Your strategy uses a manual price floor. Set a minimum price to establish a safety floor the repricer won't go below.
- Missing max price. Your strategy's fallback behavior requires a max price (e.g. "Use max price" or "Raise to max"), but no max price is set. Add a max price on this listing or set a default max price on your strategy.
- No market data. No competitor or Buy Box data has been collected yet. This usually resolves within a few hours after the listing is first synced.
- Buy Box suppressed. The Buy Box has been suppressed for this product. Competitors exist but no Buy Box winner is assigned. The repricer will use the fallback behavior configured in your strategy.
- Channel region disabled. Repricing is disabled for this channel region. Enable it in Channel Settings to resume automatic repricing.
- Channel account error. The channel account needs re-authentication. Reconnect the account in Channel Settings.
Hover over the "Not working" status on any listing to see the specific reason and how to fix it.
If a listing is inactive or has an error, it will also show as "Not working" in the repricing column because the repricer only processes active listings.
Fulfillment channel
For marketplace listings, this tells you how the product is fulfilled when a customer places an order. Each channel has its own fulfillment methods:
- FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). Amazon stores, packs, and ships the product on your behalf. Channel-fulfilled listings generally have an advantage for Buy Box eligibility.
- WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services). Walmart stores, packs, ships, and handles returns for you. Similar to FBA, WFS listings can have an advantage for Walmart Buy Box eligibility.
- FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant). You store and ship the product yourself. Self-fulfilled listings can still win the Buy Box, but you may need to be more price-competitive.
The fulfillment channel is synced automatically from your sales channel and can't be changed in Repricing.app. To change it, update it in your channel's seller dashboard.
