Check everything is ready

Before adjusting any price, the engine confirms the listing is active, your account is connected, repricing is enabled, and no manual override is in place. Nothing runs unless conditions are met.

Find the right price to compete against

The engine identifies the price it should react to: the current Buy Box, the lowest competitor, the lowest offer by fulfillment type, or your own cost. If the first option is unavailable, it falls back to your backup.

React to Buy Box ownership

If you already own the Buy Box, the engine can hold your price, gradually raise it to maximize margins, or optimize against the nearest competitor. If you don't, it works to win it back.

Calculate your new price

Your strategy takes over. The engine uses the reference price from the previous step, applies your pricing logic and adjustment, and calculates exactly where your price should land.

Check it against your limits

Before anything goes out, the new price is checked against every boundary you've set. If it falls below your floor, above your ceiling, or outside a brand restriction, it gets adjusted. Your limits are never crossed.

Send the update

The final price is rounded to your preference, confirmed as an actual change from what's live now, and submitted to your channel. If nothing needs to change, nothing is sent.

Products, prices, and stock levels are pulled from each channel and kept in sync. New listings show up on their own, removed ones are cleaned up.
