Before you begin
Connecting your Amazon seller account uses Amazon's OAuth authorization. You don't need to create or paste any API credentials manually. Instead, you'll be redirected to Amazon's login page to authorize the connection directly.
All you need is access to the Amazon Seller Central account you want to connect. Make sure you can log in before starting.
Step-by-step connection process
Step 1: Click the Amazon card
Go to Channels in the sidebar and click the Amazon card. You will be redirected immediately to Amazon Seller Central to start the authorization.
Step 2: Authorize on Amazon
Log in with your Seller Central credentials (if you are not already logged in) and approve the permissions that Repricing.app needs. These include reading your listings, monitoring competitor prices, and submitting price updates on your behalf.
Step 3: Connection confirmed
After you approve, Amazon redirects you back to Repricing.app and the connection is established automatically. Your credentials are handled securely through Amazon's OAuth flow and are never exposed in the application. A default label is generated for the account (e.g., "Amazon (...1234)" based on your seller ID). You can rename it later from the Channels page.
What happens after connecting
Once connected, Repricing.app immediately starts syncing your data from Amazon:
- Catalog sync. Your product listings (titles, images, ASINs, SKUs, and current prices) are pulled in. This usually takes a few minutes for small catalogs and longer for larger ones (thousands of ASINs).
- Region detection. The system detects which Amazon regions your account is registered in and shows them in your region settings. You can enable or disable specific regions from there.
- Market data sync. Competitor prices, Buy Box status, and offer counts start syncing for your active listings.
You can monitor progress on the Channel Sync Status page.

Amazon Business (B2B)
If your Amazon account is enrolled in the Amazon Business program, Repricing.app automatically detects this and unlocks the B2B Pricing step in the strategy wizard. This lets you configure separate pricing rules for business buyers alongside your regular consumer pricing.
Re-authentication
Occasionally, the OAuth authorization may expire or be revoked (for example, if you change your Seller Central password or remove the app authorization). When this happens, you'll see a re-authentication notice on the Channels page. Click the re-authenticate button to go through the OAuth flow again. Your listings, strategies, and pricing history are all preserved during re-authentication.
Troubleshooting
- "Authorization denied" error. If you clicked "Deny" on Amazon's consent screen, the connection fails. Try again and click "Authorize" to grant access.
- "Access denied" error. Make sure you're logging in with an account that has the Seller Central admin role. Sub-accounts with limited permissions may not be able to authorize third-party apps.
- Sync is not starting. The first sync can take a few minutes to begin. If nothing happens after 10 minutes, try disconnecting and reconnecting the account.
- Wrong regions showing. The system detects regions based on your Seller Central registration. If a region is missing, check that your account is registered for that marketplace in Seller Central.
If you continue to have issues, check the connection status on the Sync Status page for specific error messages.
