Saved Views

Save, share, and manage reusable filter presets for your data tables. New accounts start with pre-built views, including Active Connections as the default.

What are saved views?

A saved view is a named combination of filters and sorting that you can load with one click. Instead of re-applying the same filters every time you visit a page, save them as a view and switch between views instantly.

Saved views are available on the Listings, Strategies, and Pricing Activity pages. Each page maintains its own set of views independently.

For example, you might create views like "Amazon FBA - No Buy Box," "Walmart Low Margin," or "Shopify Unprofitable" to quickly jump to the listings that need your attention.

Pre-built views

Every new account comes with a set of pre-built views to help you get started. On the Listings page, these include:

  • Active Connections (set as your default view)
  • Repricing Working
  • Repricing Not Working
  • Missing Cost

The Strategies and Pricing Activity pages also start with an "Active Connections" default view. You can rename, delete, or modify any of these views just like views you create yourself.

Creating a saved view

  1. Go to the Listings page (or any page that supports views) and apply the filters and sort order you want.
  2. The views dropdown in the page header (next to the page title) will update to reflect unsaved state:
    • Unsaved Changes appears when you modify filters on a saved view that is currently loaded (for example, you change a filter while on "Active Connections").
    • Unsaved View appears when you apply filters while no saved view is selected (for example, after selecting "All Listings" from the dropdown and then adding filters).
  3. Click the Save (or Save As) button next to the dropdown.
  4. In the "Save View" dialog, give your view a name and click Save.

Your view now appears in the views dropdown, ready to use.

Loading a saved view

Click the views dropdown in the page header and pick the view you want. The grid updates instantly with the filters and sorting from that view.

To clear all filters and see every listing regardless of connection status, select All Listings from the dropdown. This removes all filter and sort restrictions, showing the full unfiltered table.

Editing a saved view

When you have a saved view loaded and change the filters or sorting, the views dropdown shows Unsaved Changes. You will see these options next to the dropdown:

  • Reset: Revert back to the saved version of the view.
  • Save: Update the existing view with your current settings (only available to the view creator).
  • Save As: Create a new view with the changes, keeping the original as-is.

Default view

You can set any saved view as your default view. When you do, that page automatically loads the view every time you visit. This is a per-user setting, so each team member can pick their own default.

New accounts start with Active Connections as the default view for the Listings, Strategies, and Pricing Activity pages. This view shows only listings from connected channels, filtering out disconnected or inactive connections. You can change this at any time.

To set a different default, select the view you want and click the Default option. To remove the default, click Unset Default on the current default view.

Sharing views

By default, a saved view is private to the person who created it. You can share a view with your entire organization so all team members can load it from their views dropdown.

To share a view, select it and click the Share button next to the dropdown. Shared views are visible to everyone in the organization, but only the creator can edit or delete them.

To make a shared view private again, click Unshare.

Deleting a view

To delete a saved view, select it from the views dropdown and click the Delete button next to it. Only the person who created the view can delete it. If the deleted view was set as someone's default, they will see the "All Listings" state (no filters applied) the next time they visit the page.

Tips

  • Name views descriptively. "Amazon FBA - Not Winning Buy Box" is much more useful than "View 1."
  • Create views for your daily workflow. Most sellers have 3 to 5 views they check regularly, like "Needs Attention," "High Priority," and "Recently Repriced."
  • Share team-relevant views. If your whole team monitors the same segments, share those views so everyone uses the same filters.
  • Combine with bulk actions. Load a saved view to filter down to the listings you need, then use bulk actions to update them all at once.
