Saved views for data tables

Filters, sort order, and column configuration can now be saved as named views in any data table. Instead of re-applying the same filters every time you visit a page, save them as a view and switch between views instantly.

What is a saved view?

A saved view is a snapshot of your current table settings: which columns are visible, how the data is sorted, and which filters are applied. You give it a name and can load it again with one click. Saved views are available on the Listings, Strategies, and Pricing Activity pages.

Pre-built views

Every new account comes with a set of starter views to help you get going quickly. On the Listings page, these include "Active Connections" (your default view), "Repricing Working," "Repricing Not Working," and "Missing Cost." You can rename, modify, or delete these pre-built views just like any view you create yourself.

Creating and managing views

To create a view, set up your filters and column preferences the way you want, then click "Save" in the views dropdown. Give it a descriptive name like "Amazon FBA - Not Winning Buy Box" and it is ready to use. You can set one view as your default, which loads automatically every time you visit that page.

Sharing with your team

Views are private by default, but you can share them with your entire organization. Shared views appear in everyone's dropdown, making it easy to ensure your whole team looks at the same data segments. Only the creator can edit or delete a shared view.

Unsaved changes indicator

When you modify a loaded view (by changing filters or sorting), the dropdown shows "Unsaved Changes" so you always know when your current state differs from what is saved. From there you can save the updates, revert to the original, or save it as a new view.
