The Reports section gives you a detailed view of your selling performance across all channels. Six report types cover the key metrics every seller needs to track, and each one supports filtering by date range, channel, region, and account.
Sales report
See your total revenue, number of orders, units sold, and average order value over any date range. The report breaks down numbers by listing and by region, so you can identify your top performers and spot trends across different marketplaces. A daily chart shows how sales volume fluctuates over time.
Profitability report
Track gross profit, profit margin, and return on investment for every listing that has cost data. The report accounts for marketplace fees, shipping costs, and your product cost to show your true margin on each sale. Listings without cost data are flagged so you can complete the missing information.
Buy Box Ownership report
Monitor your Buy Box win rate across all Amazon listings. The report shows your win rate per listing, highlights listings where you have gained or lost the Buy Box recently, and includes a daily trend chart. This is your go-to view for understanding how well your repricing strategies are performing.
Price Changes report
Review every price change the repricing engine has made. See the success rate of submissions, the split between price increases and decreases, and a breakdown of the reasons behind each change (Buy Box competition, floor hit, safety net triggered, etc.). Useful for auditing your strategies and understanding engine behavior.
Units Sold and Repricing Health
The Units Sold report tracks daily sales volume with peak day identification and average order size. Repricing Health gives you an overview of the status distribution across your listings (active, paused, errored, missing data) and data completeness scores. Together, these help you understand operational health at a glance.
